nothing is worse than the ones that pop up right on the edge of the lip and the mustache zone (i dont have a mustache but i dunno what to call that part of the face)

i got one of those a couple days ago. sucks, but is easily gone in 2-3 days.


stop touching your face, bacteria from your hand gets on your face..... more acne

wash your face every night and morning/midafternoon with a non soap face wash. ( cetraphil )

I hate to break it to you, but my diet can't get much better. The only thing that i'm questioning right now. There are possibly two things that could be triggering this in my diet... milk and oats, but I don't think I have an allergy for these.

I know how to clean my face, jack ass.
