How do student tickets work for basketball games this year? I haven't been to one yet and I'm going to the FSU game tonight. Can you sit anywhere you want or are you restricted somehow?

Also, are they doing the bus shuttles to the game and when do they start? I already looked for this information, but the NCSU websites are getting worse and harder to navigate so I couldn't find anything.
