She is sucking her stomach in and flexing her abs in all those pics.

She most definitely had some excess skin removed in her stomach and probably her arms. I'm sure she has a weird jiggle when she moves. GG for losing the weight though. It takes a lot more mental fortitude to lose a ton of weight than it does to never get fat in the first place so she definitely worked her ass off for it.
