Usually I would say I hate everything and anything that Colin Farrell is in but this movie was great. Ralph Fiennes makes up for it all.

it was a good movie, very funny first half, and then such an abrupt change to extremely dark for the latter half that kind of threw you off until you sat and thought, wait, this movie is about some straight up thugs, and it just happens to be funny

I thought it was OK overall

Tried to do whole lot in 90 minutes

My favorite part is when Brendan Gleeson jumps off the belltower and you hear that squish and the blood spray

and then Colin walks over and he's still alive but in bloody chunks

It's a comedy--a dark one--and a tragedy. It was trip how the scenes would be going along with this quirky dark humor and then--BAM! Some kid praying gets the top of his head rather graphically blown off or a guy is laying on a cobblestone street as a bloody pile of meat and bones.

yeah i liked that and the do you completely promise to jump into the canal during the shootout scene. This was my favorite movie of the year....to bad more people haven't seen it.
