^^ if you were from the south and grew up in the 80's and early 90s you either loved or hated the Braves. And we went to the games all the time growing up. Red Sox because I grew up in a military city, and everyone not from the south fucking wore Yankees shit ALL the time and it got really old, so went Red Sox... and Dwight Evans was my second favorite player growing up and then when Clemens came up I really really liked him (pains me to say that now)

but I hate the way he treats our coaches when they're down. Sure, ask the tough questions, but don't be an asshole. He always comes off as a dick in pressers and postgames. Like last week, he tried to bait sidney into blaming the loss on his team and not the coaches. Sid answered in a diplomatic fashion, and while he blamed some players, he didn't take all blame away from the coaches.

The question wasn't the problem. The problem was that he asked the question, didn't get the answer he wanted which was "I blame my players, my coaches are perfect", and he sounded pissed so he kept interrupting Sid and asking the same question in a different and more rude way.

Its the same shit he did with Chuck after Akron. Chuck answered his question, had to listen to his directed babble for about 2 minutes, got fed up with it, and gave him what he wanted to hear like a dumbass. That doesn't mean Chuck wasn't wrong, but it was a bad decision made because he was upset with the reporter...yours truly.

I don't mind the objective slam article when we deserve it. Lately, we've deserved it, but he goes out of his way to find stupid shit to write about. /rant
