Anyone know anything about Bosworth? He/she is teaching PA511 over the summer which I'll be taking to meet part of my concentration of classes for the MALS program. Can't find anything in the grade distributions for this prof. so figured I would turn to the source of all knowledge, TWW.

I didn't care for Bosworth--I dropped his PA 511 course. I found him to be more concerned with his research than teaching the course. In fact, he announced as much to the class, and he added that it didn't matter what we put on our course evaluations because it wouldn't affect him one way or another--he wasn't really being shitty about it, I suppose, just matter of fact.

In fairness to Bosworth, though, an informal survey of about a dozen former PA 511 students indicated there's pretty much an even split between those who like Bosworth and those who like Swiss, the other PA 511 professor. The sentiment seemed to be that Swiss cares more about the students.
