The original self:

In all her glory:

And then missing some parts:

Mocking it up:

The begining of the end:

Damn that's low:

This might explain why:

What, this can't be.....
Oh, the horror....
And she even gets to see it coming....:

And then it was over.

I pulled everything off the car that had value, minus the perfectly good body.
I did finish the project, and had a running TT Maxima for short periods of time. Though, every time I would fix one thing, another would break. This is the end of that problem, though I already miss the car. I had her for 9 years, of its 17.
Off to better and faster things.

Hope you enjoyed the carnage. I enjoyed the 30 seconds of my car getting demolished by a giant wrecker.

sad to see its end. I was wondering the other day about whether your maxima project would work or not.

It worked out, just not enough to justify having to fix a problem after every time I drove it.
The cost was not justifiable anymore, as it was costing me $400 a year just to own it.

it'd been a while since i witnessed that machine in action, it's damn impressive. literally maybe 30 seconds and he had it from the trailer to flattened on the pile. i'd love to play on it for a few hours. i'm sure it gets boring day in/day out though.

fyi, those a.r. rims in that first pic are still on the road. i talked to the guy a couple of weeks ago that still has the q45 i put them on.

The mustang wheels are sitting my my kitchen at the moment, waiting to get cleaned up.
The wheels are in perfect condition.
The front tires have maybe 100 miles on them 255/40/17
The rear tires have maybe 1000 miles on them 245/45/17, but have a little dry rot from sitting.
I'm not sure if I'm going to save them for another car, or sell them.

I've got another hood scoop here. Mirror image of the one that was on the car.

I would have parted the whole car out, but I don't have a place to store it, and where I live will tow cars if they start loosing pieces.
