i've got a '94 firebird formula, and pretty much since i've had it around '01 the fanbelt whistles when i start it up and continues throughout my drive. i've replaced it three times, but it starts back within a week or so of the new one. i've also tried spraying dw-40 on it, and that helps for a little bit, but its a quick fix at best. is there something that needs to be tightened or loosened? its just embarrassing to have this fast car and an annoying whistle coming from it

maybe a pulley needs to be replaced....hard to tell which though
