I would have posted this in the TWW Exotics Spotted thread but it said I can't post in a thread over 90 days old (or something along those lines).

So, at 8:03 am this morning going down McDowell St. I spotted a Lotus Elise 72D. Holy shit it looked hot! I'll post a pic later from my phone.

For those that don't know:

"This collectible edition will be offered in the very limited quantity of just 50 units worldwide. Each 72D will be sequentially numbered, with special certification documenting the legacy of the vehicle, individually signed by both Clive Chapman, son of Lotus founder Colin Chapman, and Michael J. Kimberley, Group Lotus CEO. "

I believe only 20 of them made it to the US.

I consider that particular Lotus an exotic, not so much because it's an elise or that it costs around $60k, rather because it was a limited production with only 50 in existance worldwide. Sorry, I figured the garage wanted to know.

that one has been for sale for ages.

Out of the 50 produced, i think like half of them have ever sold, and the ones that did went for about the same price as a regular elise

Now i did get a flyby from a silver gt2 the other day and there is a red & white gt3 rs in town too

and i saw 2 lambos in the past 2 weeks 1 grey merc at the gas station behind my house and one yellow gallardo at the autobell behind my house
