Me and 2 or 3 other guys are looking for an apartment or a house for the upcoming school year starting August 1st, 2008. Our rent limit is about $350/mo including utilities or about $325 w/o utilities. It needs to be on the Wolfline, less than 3 miles from campus. I have 2 4 BR houses that will be available...rent for one is 1300 and the other is 1400. They are near bus stops, but the wolf line does not run there. One is off lineberry and the other is off Lake Wheeler. Give me a call if you are interested

Me and my 2 roommates are moving out of our 3 bedroom house on Marcom Street on June 30th. As far as I know, nobody has signed a lease for it yet. We currently pay $895 in rent. One of the bedrooms is a lot bigger than the other 2, so one roommate pays $325 and the other 2 pay $285. Utilities (Cable/internet, water, electric, and gas) run around $60-$70 per month per person. I walk from the house to the Varsity Parking lot Wolfline stop and it takes appxly 5 minutes at a normal walking pace. It's an older house, but if your looking for cheap and close, it's hard to beat.

The leasing company in charge of the house is Barker, so get up with them if you're interested.
