How have I not heard of this...i dont think im going to be able to go though. But built to spill and the freaking MEAT PUPPETS playing at neighborhood theater in charlotte. I was actually going to make a meat puppets appreciation thread until i saw that this show was tomorrow and figured id alert anyone that might be interested.

i LOVE the album "Up On the Sun" and also II. I enjoy a lot of their other stuff as well, but those two albums are standout above the rest.

And Built to Spill, another one of those bands that i never got into huge but I respect them and wouldnt mind seeing them live.

sad times indeed. im about the same distance from both charlotte and asheville but i dont think ill be at either one. we'll see, maybe ill try to make one
