My roommate and I are looking for 1 or 2 people to sublease our place from May-July with the option to renew the lease after July.

The complex is located at the corner of Dillard Dr and Jones Franklin Rd. Its a 2 bed/2bath apt right behind Cary Crossroads in a gated community. The location is awesome. Only minutes from NCSU, Meredith and downtown Raleigh! The rent is $870 and includes water and cable. Our energy bill is normally $60-75. The apt has a laundry room with W/D hookups. The complex has a gym, pool, car wash and laundry facility.

the only bills we pay, besides rent are electric (already mentioned) and internet- ~$45. Of course there is food, but thats whatever you make it. We use about $12-15 of water each month.

You could move in right around May 1. Maybe the weekend after (2nd, 3rd and 4th).
