Go to ncsu's website, search for winscp and follow the instructions.

A year or two ago, when you did NCSU's site search for "FTP transfer" you go the answer of how to set up your SFTP correctly... now it gets lost in the mess.

1. Use WINSCP
2. settings are as follows (for me at least)
host name: unity.ncsu.edu
user name: (your unity id)
password: (your unity password)
protocol: SFTP (mine is the one that allows SCP fallback, but I don't know the diff b/w that and SFTP)

yeah, when i was in school, it only worked on internet explorer.
you right click and click on login as or something like that

at georgia tech we get 1 GB of email space, i dont know about file space in general because i have two servers on campus

we dont have roaming profiles though...that is a bitch

also, host name works better when changed to ftp.ncsu.edu instead of unity.ncsu.edu
