I tried to read the university alcohol policy, but I couldnt find the answer to me question:

Can a person over the age of 21 possess an open container on NCSU property, but not within any buildings? Meaning, can I walk across campus, outside, and drink openly? Or is that a no-no?

uh in the state of north carolina it is a "no-no" to walk around anywhere with an open container, hence, the open container law
