speaking from my non medical but somewhat experienced background, as long as she didn't pierce any major organs i think it'd be possible until blood loss became too great. i've had a leg nearly ripped off, and was completely concious/lucid the whole time. so, i can see it being controllable from a mental/pain standpoint at least.

1) she keeps on the robe and bra, and slices directly at the top of the robe? fake stomach/skin wrapped around her

2) pulling out the eye - it's obviously a fake head. Watch it again - the face is just rubber, like a dummy head. The left eye, nostrils and mouth are very rubbery. You never see how the face is connected to anything else. At one point the forehead moves in a very unnatural way, as if there was a cable attached to the back of the forehead (like one would be in a dummy head)
