What business do they have protesting anything, especially the war, except for how much allowance they get.

If only Gary were around to argue with them. We all know how worked up Freshmen get about him, I'd love to see him go to town with some high schoolers.

The only thing worse than protesting college hippies is protesting high school hippies that won't go to college. Shouldn't they have been in school anyway? Someone should have called a truancy officer on them.

^^ Because they aren't sufficiently educated/experienced enough to truly be able to protest anything.

High school kids + groups with opinions = easily brainwashed cannon fodder

Someone did that to me in high school. He just asked if we were over 16 and then said it was cool.

They marched past my office window on the way to the brickyard. I was wondering what that was all about, as I couldn't make out any of the signs or hear quite what they were chanting.

Does seem odd that a)HS kids were protesting in the first place, b)such a large group was assembled when, presumably, they were skipping class to do so (or on spring break), and c)that they came to the brickyard to do so rather than downtown.

Unless they started downtown and marched to the brickyard, but that's a long walk.

I have taught high school and there are plenty of high school kids that have had plenty of experience of more real life in their years than people twice their age.

So to say they are naive and their opinions are worthless is fairly ignorant.
