Are a decent amount of places closed today?

I ask b/c I was planning on going to Dick's to get a cheap pair of shoes, but when calling to ask if they had the certain shoes in stock, no answer

I know places in NC usually open later on Sundays, but after 12 is pretty standard time to open though right?

Yeah, after 12 (1 for the mom and pop spots) most places reopen.
