As for Danny having leave, it's always up in the air... but from what he told me yesterday- next weekend isn't looking good (and on the week he wasn't supposed to have firewatch... grr). Apparently his platoon is scheduled to be confined to base next weekend, but who knows.

Decided to go out to the burn center at UNC-CH yesterday to check some stuff out-- and I wish I had gone sooner
The burn specialists told me that everything Wake Med told me was 100% wrong & they should've done a skin graft in the beginning. It's totally closed now-- but it's scarring way too much & might start affecting other stuff. Might have to end up having surgery in a few months
