I honestly think they should lower the women's rim to 9 ft. All women's basketball is now is a bunch of missed lay-ups and awkward looking threes. At least by lowering the rim, there might be more of an effective inside game.

That would be interesting to see at least... why not? They already give them a smaller ball, might as well adjust the rim for the lack of height as well

But college ball does prepare these young women to make ~20k a year in the bane of my existance league.
