I live in a 4br/4ba apt at college inn directly across from campus on western blvd. the room is $435 per month and does not include parking though with people moving out there should be some available for $15/month.

The apartments are fully furnished with a full kitchen, washer/dryer set, pantry, living area furniture, bed, dresser, desk, computer chair, and private bathroom.

I can be out by May 2nd with the room empty and ready for a new resident.
