why do you want to benchmark how your tenants live?

thats what i was saying in my post. when i moved into my place, i got flat rate utilities based on the use from previous years. can't you get that info from the different companies?
id definitely not set a rate without knowing for sure. 100-150 bucks difference can really fuck you. but you obviously know that. call the power company. my bills have actually been lower than what the power company average was 3/29/2008 3:43:43 PM |
