i have an extra ticket if anyone wants to buy it. it was $140 including fees. the price has increased again, so you'll pay more if you buy it online. i went last year and it was pretty much the best weekend of my life... it's well worth the money, imo. you're welcome to come with me and my sister if you want to tag along.. it's allll gooood..

i talked to some people that did the work exchange thing, and they said the didn't do anything really and they got free tickets.

the lineup isn't final yet.. i'm hoping grace potter and the nocturnals come again.

last year the all star jam (or whatever it was) hosted by moe. rocked my face off!

i've seen them all play before, and they all put on really good shows. i'm super stoked to see pgroove again.. they always rock my face off.

i agree, the lineup last year was better, but it should still be fun. i'm sure some more bands will be added before the festival.. i'll be sure to update when i find out.

the echo project last year was pretty awesome... (message_topic.aspx?topic=494612) they had twice the number of bands, and you could camp next to your car. i prefer that over hiking with all your shit for what seems like forever. i'll be going to echo again this year unless there is some sort of catastrophic event that keeps me from going.

Echo was def one of the chillest/cleanest fest's i've ever been to.


plus couldnt have asked for a better lineup.


allgood was the best scenery, but this year's lineup fails to interest me.

everything i've read said there was a 7 year contract with the landowners/zoning committee. . .

i wouldnt be surprised if a big company bought it, seeing as last year had way fewer sales than expected, but the location/setup is pretty tough to ruin.

There will not be an Echo Festival this year. It will be back next year, 2009, but how it will look and what it will be is still way up in the air. Cant really go into much more than that. I can keep people posted if they're interested.
