My perspective as a woman of my age:

0-5 -- loser, got no game, or gay

6-10 -- shows some restraint, and they should know how things work in bed

11-20 -- possible player, but should be good in bed

21-30 -- getting worried

31+ --- definitely worried

Age is a large factor tho... A guy who's 18 and has slept with 10+ would be pretty worrisome. You never know how many of those were one-nighters, or how many were actual relationships. Mid-range hopefully means they've had at least a couple LTR's.
