at the very least, use someone with a local office so you can hunt'm down and raise hell when they screw you. Gamepal is up in north raleigh (off of Gresham Lake), some ex-gamepal employees started one on Hillsborough street (don't know if it's still running or not), and an ex partner of the guys who own gamepal had one in Cary for a while.
