I posted about this earlier and would bump it but I cant find it. One room in a four bedroom apartment. Rent is $465 a month and everything is included. It comes furnished and includes a mini fridge in the room. I cant say enough about how nice the roommates are and they are real easy to get along with. pm me if you are interested or want more details.
