In the case of the McCain associate's quote, racist or at least racially charged. The only commonal trait between Tiger Woods and Barack Obama is they're both widely successful men with multi-racial heritages.

I could see the first guy's just being a bad choice of words based on his ignorance of race issues, which is still pretty bad, but not outright racist. But, what did he mean with that comment? That Obama was like one of the greatest golfers ever, but her preferred McCain instead? Because if not that, the only other possibility was that he's saying Obama is a token black guy, but McCain is a real candidate, which diminishes Obama's accomplishments merely because of his skin color, which is a racist thing.

Seriously, if someone knows what the guy was actually saying, please elucidate for me.
