I have a room for rent in a 4br/2.5ba town house in Hunters Creek off Kaplan Drive. It is only 1.5 miles from campus and a five minute walk from the Wolfline and CAT Bus stops. The rent is 255/month + utilities. It will be available in early May (negotiable) and the current lease expires at the end of July, but this can be renewed. The roommates are good quiet guys, all grad students in electrical engineering at NCSU.
