It really pisses me off


long story short, people are paid at the manhattan office to do things right and they're fucking up. Now we have to go help them fix it, and somehow "DO MORE WITH LESS" Because we wont have any extra time to do what our job was to begin with.

Paying for other people's mistakes is one of the worst injustices imo, but I've had to figure out the hard way that it's a sad fact of life. When people work as a team, everybody gets the same rewards and penalties, regardless of how much work each individual person does. So when "that guy" doesn't pull his weight, everybody else is forced to take up the slack or suffer.
