Forshey said the video was one of the most disturbing clips that he's ever seen. "You can tell that she's inhaling some of it," Forshey said. "You can tell that she doesn't want to. So it's a pretty disgusting video." When asked if she wanted more, the girl shook her head no, Kocot reported. "No?" a voice asked. "You're good?" Court records obtained by 10TV News revealed that Blevins told investigators that it was him in the video. However, Blevins told detectives that he did not remember doing it, Kocot reported. Blevins declined to speak with 10TV News about the case. He was scheduled to appear before a federal judge on Tuesday for a detention hearing. The 16-year-old girl who appeared in the tape faces delinquent charges of corrupting and endangering a child, Kocot reported. "

i dont really see the big deal other than he got caught....people get dogs high all the time and the dogs still end up just like regular dogs....children are similar to dogs in that you can teach them things....its not like this kid is doomed to be a criminal
