Just because you rent doesn't mean you can't annoy your neighbors with 30 container plants in the front walkway, haha.
Some new and some old plants. Did lose 2 basil plants and a strawberry plant to the frost 2 nights ago, but everything else seems happy.
Ask if you want to know any of the plants, I keep 'em labeled!

I've found container gardening is actually a lot more fun. I can move things around, have about 75% less problems with pests, and I can pick out containers.
I just have to water and fertilize like crazy. 4/17/2008 10:15:10 AM |

my garden kicks ass... i blew a bunch of dandelions all over my front yard and now the whole thing is yellow and fluffy. goes nicely with the fucked up car that came with the house, which should be condemned. 4/17/2008 10:21:43 AM |

My other garden is in apex. My parents let me rip up their back yard, put in a wall, a goldfish pond, and next week I'm putting in 2 raised beds for veggies.
I'll post those next week. 4/17/2008 10:22:24 AM |

GREAT garden!!! I'm so jealous!
I wish I lived in a house so I could have one. In my current apt I can't even do the potted plant thing you have going on. I have about a dozen plants inside though! Sadly none of them are vegetables 4/17/2008 10:28:16 AM |

I need to suck it up and buy some plants. This whole starting from seeds thing isn't working for me. Except radishes. Those things took off like crazy. 4/17/2008 10:32:23 AM |

I'll save the nude pics in the garden for another date.
Would anyone be interested in trading plant cuttings and such from their garden?

Well, I self-pwnt myself Sunday and planted about $50 worth of shit out front. It was 80 degrees on Monday and Tuesday, then a fucking foot of snow yesterday (Conifer, CO). Back to 70 degrees tomorrow 4/17/2008 10:58:33 AM |

I guess before summer pictures? Most of these plants are re-emerged ones from the last 3 years. The roses are new (My first attempt). Most of the herbs and other perennials are 1-2 years old. The only new stuff are the dahlias, the marigolds, the bougainville (sp?), and the african daisies. 4/17/2008 12:06:06 PM |
