Depends on where she goes...but if they have a decent martini list, just get her to suck down on those. They have all types of flavors that make it taste like you're drinking something with no alcohol in it...but 30 minutes later you've downed about 5 of them and are falling off the bar stool.

And mojitos are pretty refreshing without any of the acidic stuff.

SOMEONE (not me) was taking down fruity martinis like shots

6 deep, before we even got sat, the same someone had to have the menu read to them b/c they were too drunk to read already

and the same someone ended up passing out in the car when "they had to go lay down" before the appetizers came

Is pineapple that acidic?? I always found it to be pretty sweet. I make a kickass pineapple upside down cake martini. Stoli Vanilla, Pineapple Juice, little simple syrup...then run some grenadine or cherry juice down the side. Gotten some girls fall-down drunk on that one.

Good espresso martini: Van Gogh Espresso Vodka (or Kahlua if you don't have that), Stoli Vanilla, Godiva Chocolate Liquer, little Frangelico and Bailey's. All liquor...but you can barely taste any of it.

The list goes on...

Oh, yes

It's VERY acidic. I was actually snacking on some just a few minutes ago, but I had to stop before I wanted to, because my mouth and lips were on fire. Fresh pineapple is worse than oranges, by a WHOLE lot.
