How would I go about doing this? I want it to look similar to a youtube video (ie: play, ff, rewind, stop capabilities; even volume if possible) but I'm unsure about how to go about doing it.

I think it's probably a flash capability; I have flash installed on my computer and video-editing software.

any help would be much appreciated!

I also have to divide the video into like 8 parts; they're student group presentations of about 15-20 minutes each.

Just upload it to youtube and then embed the video on your site. It's way too easy. Any other way you try will be a pain in the ass.

use you r unity account to host the vids, and make simple html pages for them.
