national geographic had a show ~6 months ago where they profiled a few of the favorites to win some huge noodlin' competition, and went out with them

the funniest part about that show

was that the main dude they were profilin

had a snubbed out black and mild in his mouth, for the entire show

he'd even go under water with it in his mouth, come back up with it in, talk, the whole shebang

I just watched the video.

I'm pretty sure noodlin' and hand grabin' are different.

hand grabin', you actually grab the fish.

noodlin', you get the catfish to swallow your hand and you shove it further down its throat.

I prefer fishing with 2 liter coke bottles over this...although this looks really fun if you've got alot of friends around you.

^ Yep. I mean, if you're fishing to eat, it's probably the next best thing to grab-hooking or netting in terms of getting a number of fish fast.

Just put the bottles out with some line and bait attached and come back and check them after a while. You'll almost always have something on a line or two.
