This is an interesting poll ranking professional teams across the four major leagues: NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB. With over 80,000 fans surveyed the Colts top the poll ranging across 8 different categories. Of the teams here in the Carolinas the Hurricanes ranked 17, the Panthers 78 and the Bobcats 47.
Interesting to note as well the Hurricanes ranked first in Championship Titles amongst 122 teams.
This is the sixth year of the survey and you can review this years results along with results in the different categories as well as the previous years results here: http://sports.espn.go.com/chat/sportsnation/mag/franchiseRanks
