Yea, my senior design teacher preached that to us.. he said do not use any big catchy phrases unless you know what the hell you're talking about and don't answer anything beyond what they ask.

One group got up there and made the mistake of mentioning lean mfg'ing just bc it sounded good.. they really didnt have shit... the guy from UPS had a field day with their asses

i had to do a lean class for work, that stuff... well, if you can make it through a degree (especially in engineering), you already know it.

i sat next to a woman who couldnt add

lecturer: so if we have eight of these and add one
her: you have eleven!
crickets: chirp chirp
me: No, you dont.
her: wait, I subtracted instead of added.
me: No, you didnt.
