In theory, all that did was cook his dick with heat. Think hotdog. If he really wanted some fun, he should have taken an extension cord, clipped one end, stripped it back, soldered 16d nails to the ends, jab a nail into each thigh, plug in the cord, pass out from pain, cook and die.

Yeah, and he'd have to use a long enough extension cord so that the fault current though his cooking flesh wouldn't exceed 20 amps or the breaker would trip and save his life.

Think 100' of 18 ga. cord should work just fine.
