I am a senior in Construction Engineering and Managment. I am graduating in December. This lease can be either a 6 month or a 1 year lease. I would prefer someone else wanting a 6 month lease as I do not know what I am doing upon graduation but I can do a 1 year no problem as well.

My roommate is graduating and moving to DC and I need to find a new one. Its a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath in Avery Close Apartments on Avent Ferry, between Crest Rd. and Varsity. Rent is $325/ month +utilities. This is an upstairs 2 story unit. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and sink.

My unit is owned by an independent land lord and not Wilson Properties. He is cool as shit and will fix anything pretty much as soon as you call him. He even calls us every day for a week prior to him coming over for something to make sure we have the house ready for him.

Perks here include a pool, while nothing to write home about its still nice to have one in your complex. I own a keggorator. Fridge and stove come with the unit. Washer and Dryer is included as well as a dishwasher. All but 3 months out of the year the power bill is about $75. The Wolfline stops right in front of the complex as well.

bttt i just talked to Larry, my landlord yesterday and because of home owners association dues being raised he is having to raise rent to $350 a person. Which is still cheaper than what these are through the leasing office. If anyone wants to come check out the place let me know.

Also this room might be available sooner if need be. Just let me know
