i don't think he said he was anit-nasa. i think during an interview someone asked him about the space program and he just said that there are things on this planet in this country (education, poverty, etc) that he thought had a greater weight.

obviously a leader with ANY sort of military perogative can't be that anti-nasa. i think he was just trying to illustrate the massive amounts of money that go into space expeditions when like everything on earth and in our country is pretty flawed.
