Wasn't a link posted a while back where the guy had a screen capture program installed and watched the geek squad guy go through all his stuff?

Quick, someone try to get a copy of their tools CD with the images. She better been fucking hawt.

And besides, if you have sensitive images on the machine... don't take the machine to a bunch of nerds...

We had a pretty hot girl come into geek squad in Cary years ago that had nude photos on her machine. I don't think anyone copied them but the entire geek squad did look at them. Kind of hard to miss when they're in a folder on her desktop.

and the 'tools CD' is a over glorified term because all it is is a bunch of trial versions of ad-aware, spybot, and a few other similar tools.

^ Did the folder on her desktop have anything to do with the problem of why she brought the computer to Geek Squad?

lol, is that really a question? of course not. Any computer a moderately attractive girl brought in you'd have a geek squad agent run a search on .jpg and common movie file extensions.

which is common for anyone requesting a data back-up for images etc...but not if they didn't request it.

So you mean that you can't just do a system restore point, and even if you do do a media search for back-up purposes you would not respect privacy by just saving the data instead of looking at it?

^as far as back up for media agents have to check to make sure they aren't backing up gigs of useless data like application images etc. Not sure what your point is anyway, i haven't worked at geek squad since 2005.

True that, if I even thought I had a PC problem that I could not handle I would call someone to my apartment to fix it right on the spot, because shit like this scares me, because if they have no problem looking into people personal files, then there is no telling what else they might do.
