My movie rating scale changes from movie to movie.

For instance, Children of Men was a good movie because it had a great story, writing, cinematography, and somewhat a minor mindfuck. I expected all of these attributes and I was not disappointed.

For Transformers, I went to the theater to see big ass robots transforming and blowing shit up. I was not disappointed.

For Iron Man, I expected a rich prick to build a tight suit and kick ass with it. Again, not disappointed.

ive pretty much hated 99.999% of all the comic book movies (and i include transformers in there), and i wasnt that excited for Iron Man and I really enjoyed.
