how often do you exhale out your nose? i say out of like 200 exhales i might do one out my nose...sometimes i see people that exhale all the time out their nose and i'm like man why would you do that all the time

Argh. I lost my singing voice, I can't run anymore, and I stink. I insist on not smoking before or during a photography event, and it has really helped me to go the majority of a day without cigarettes.

I never ever did. Every once in a great while I'd french inhale but never exhale. But I haven't had a cigarette since February
