Does anyone have a recommendation for companies that offer site/message board admin 24/7?

Preferably if you've worked with one, but if you haven't that's cool.

I need to find a company that will do it at a good price.

I'm going to have a site that will need 24 hour monitoring that is pretty much a message board. They will need to approve any kind of submission on profile updates and any message board updates that happen.

Imagine if TWW had this. It could take weeks. Are there companies that actually do this? Seems expensive...

Yes, they would be an admin, but they wouldn't be the sole admin. Sorry about the confusion.
