trying to raise my GPA up a bit for pharmacy school and have a 3.42 now.
i got CH221 and MUS260 already this summer but thought about adding some STS or IDS class.
any other suggestions?

ids 201 online or sts 322 online are both easy/somewhat interesting classes...sts 322 is more interesting than ids 201 imo

im taking another basic level stat class. so far ive taking st301/st302, st311, st 511...all essentially the same thing. being a stat major, i dont even need to go to those classes any more, and plan on taking st 507 in the fall, easy easy way to raise your gpa...copy that or do a similiar thing in your own major.

Bus 225 distance ed. I took it credit only and didn't have to do anything other than watch the dvds, then of course got an A anyway.

IDS 201 in the classroom with Wiggins..I took it last fall and the only person to get a B was the biggest slacker I know who failed a stats class that was curved by 20 pts if that's telling you anything about how easy this class is...

Additionally, you never have more than like 20-30 mins of lecture, and the rest of the time you just watch movies

How much are you trying to raise it? By the time you graduate, one A isn't gonna raise it much by the time you are ready to graduate. For example, I got 2 A+'s and an A in 3 credit hour courses and an A in a 4 hour course and it raised my gpa 0.04 pts.

you don't even need the athletic review (although it won't hurt), this was by far the easiest class i took in college, as long as you go the the review before every test, he gives pretty much every question and answer

This was Dr. Graham's last semester so I'd wait to see who's teaching it next semester before calling it an easy course, the material for that course could easily be made really difficult if a professor wanted to take it in that direction

well i just finished my freshman year but after the second summer session i'll have 62 credits because of all the pre-reqs i need for UNC's pharmacy school and stay on track with my BCH and SMB majors just in case i don't get in... but it does help my GPA somewhat because i'll submit my transcript with these semesters.
summer II 07, fall 07, spring 08, both the sessions this year..

I had SOC 204 with Stone and he said that this summer is his last semesters teaching and everyone taking it will get an A as long as they show up and participate in discussions. He said no tests or anything just discussions about family. Even if he lied the only test we had was really easy so you'll get an A anyways.

yeah ^^^^^^x whatever, 1 or 2 or 3 or even 4 courses getting an easy A will NOT effect your gpa. Maybe if you had like a 0.00 gpa, but by the time it is junior or senior year, the difference between your gpa is you get a B or an A is soooo small your hopes of really raising your gpa are pretty much nothing.

the thing is actually... i tried calculating another GPA and it would still be 3.42 without that course but if i take it and do well, i would have a 3.45/ .46... so i disagree but it's whateva
