that seems kind of impossible

if she got booked at 11:15 one night, how the hell was she out driving again less than 5 hours later?

i would think that the cops would try to get you processed as fast as possible since you have to go to the jail and blow and they wouldn't want your body processing any of the alcohol

i mean you go in you blow you see the magistrate and get a court date and then you sign yourself out

its not like a charge where you have bail

i still think its a typo

but maybe the Cary PD is just really nice and efficient and less crowded than other precincts

my boy got a driving with license revoked a month or so ago at like 9:30pm and wasnt out til the next morning at like 5am

That's happened twice in the triangle in the past few years, people getting two DWI's in the same night.

One dude got pulled by the same cop, the other dude was the editor of some local business paper or something.

i know a chick that got two in one night by the same cop. followed her back to her car after she was released from the first, and then lit her ass up as soon as she pulled out the parking lot

^thats called keeping our streets safe. She should know better than driving impaired AFTER she already got pulled for it once.

I always heard you got to walk out as soon as you were processed, unless you were a chronic offender or had a criminal record. They do not have room in the Jail to hold people just to sober up, they only keep the ones that require bail.

no. The place on high house is a substation, like they have at crossroads and one or two others. The main HQ is at town hall, they have holding areas, but everything goes to Sheriff Harrison's hotel downtown.
