I'm going to be gone this summer, and I need someone to sublet my bedroom. Rent is normally $375 including cable, internet, and water, but I'm willing to rent it for $275, negotiable. The bedroom I'm renting is the only downstairs bedroom in the apartment, with three room mates living upstairs. Only electricity must be paid extra, and it typically runs from $30-$55. The apartment is in a house that has been split up into apartments on Clark Avenue. Its only about a 3-4 minute walk to the brickyard/DH Hill, and is two blocks off of Hillsborough Street.
