Quote : | "Many years ago, Cleveland Brown (voiced by Mike Henry) was a high school student madly in love with a beautiful girl named Donna. Much to his dismay, his love went unrequited, and Donna wound up marrying another man. Cleveland once told Donna he would always love her, and if this man ever done her wrong, he'd be there when she called.
Well, this man done her wrong.
Donna's husband skipped town with another woman, leaving Donna with a daughter and a baby. Now she's come to Cleveland and offered him another chance at love. Unattached after the Loretta-Quagmire debacle and true to his word, Cleveland joyously accepts and he and Cleveland Jr. move to Stoolbend, VA, to join their new family.
Once in Stoolbend, Cleveland has a few surprises in store for him, including a flirtatious new stepdaughter, a 5-year-old stepson who loves the ladies, as well as a collection of neighbors that includes a loudmouth redneck couple, a British family seemingly stuck in the Victorian era and a family of bears living at the end of the block." |

Wow, they're definitely not trying to set up any recurring jokes or anything... It's good to see that this will be less random/retarded than Family Guy or American Dad
Maybe Matt Groening will decided to make a show centered on Lenny or Carl. Only they're living on the moon and have to share space with a family of spanish-speaking monkeys, haHA!5/18/2008 1:43:40 PM |

It sounds stupid, but the kid looks like Cleveland Junior. Maybe he blamed himself for the divorce or something. You never see him after that episode that I can remember. 5/21/2008 3:48:10 PM |

Just watched it. I can't say that I would go out of my way to watch it. I'll catch it when it inevitably gets syndicated on TBS with Family Guy. 9/28/2009 11:16:55 AM |

I thought it was alright.
I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it, but since it's between simpsons and family guy (two shows I would go out of my way to watch) then I'll probably catch most episodes.
It was better than I expected. 9/28/2009 11:25:26 AM |

rollo was ok, but he's almost too much an antithesis of Stewie. But he did have some funny comebacks, the one coming to mind first being "i know yall ain't leaving without makin up these beds". i was lolling hard.
still though, i think Cleveland is good in small doses...i just dont think it can carry over for very long without losing appeal. 9/28/2009 4:53:13 PM |

I can't believe they canceled King of the Hill for this crap. FOX already renewed Cleveland for another season. That's two seasons of crap before the show even started airing! 9/28/2009 8:38:47 PM |
