Has anyone ever done the internship for credit course?

If so, can you fill me in on what's involved. I went to an info session a while back, but cannot remember all that was discussed (it was well over a year ago).

From what i remember, theres a form you have to get signed by your boss and he/she fills out your work duties and stuff. its then sent to the dean and he signs off on it. I believe theres a GPA requirement (3.25). I was told that you had to write a couple papers to prove you learned something, but idk if thats true.
