haven't worked out in 3 months. went running today. ran about 3 miles. i was surprised that i held up that long. but just now after resting and taking a walk my fucking pelvis popped.

where my right leg comes to the joint there's a pain there. i think i broke my body.

hit the heavy bag for an hour last night. then did pushups. collapsed on the floor. woke up there this morning in time for work.
