yeah, dodge city (and much of KS for that matter) have different seasons. Summer, Fall, Winter and Tornado Watch. April-June might as well be one long tornado watch with several warnings mixed in.

it's called GRLevel3, and I think it uses all NEXRAD collection service data, and the regular HTTP warning servers. but it does stuff like map out coordinates of the different warnings and all that. it's really just a viewer for the free data out there, and i think you can pay for monthly access to stuff like lightning strikes
there's a 3 week free trial there i think, not sure if its fully functional - http://www.grlevelx.com/grlevel3/

Kansas is a scary place to live as far as tornadoes go
but at least most everyone there with a house has a basement
