Do any of these exist in the triangle?

Some of you know about my chronic severe neck pain disorder, well today at Lake Wheeler I slipped on a slimy dock and fell straight on my head, so now my pain is much worse than normal.

Anyone know of any open around here? I prefer Raleigh locations if possible.

Well, I know a 20-year-old with over a dozen kidney stones.

And I grew up with ulcer/migraine probs.

It could be worse.

it's called the emergency room.

there's a great one off of new bern avenue, maybe you've heard of it - it's called wakemed raleigh.

also let me say that migraine is pussy shit compared to severe chronic neck pain

evan: some of us don't want to pay hundred of dollars to see a Dr.

ER has a flat rate of $200 just to get in on my insurance.

i know some 24/7 black market pharmacies in the triangle area, that should help as it seems to be your main concern.

http://www.accenturgentcare.com/hours.shtml

I've gone to this place before and they gave me excellent service. They aren't 24/7, but the only thing that I know of that is would be the emergency room at a local hospital.

If OTC meds aren't working and you're concerned about whether you injured your neck again, there's probably a good chance the people at the urgent care center would send you to the hospital to get x-rays and to get more specialized care anyway. They do that sometimes just so they don't have to deal with the liability of "well what if he fucked up his neck more than we think and he sues us?".

This rex urgent care center is open til 8pm if you hurry out there, they'd probably see you since you have such pain.

you'd think with a history of medical problems people would know about these things before something happened

^ This is true. Or people with a history of chronic neck pain would keep a prescription on file for pain killers to hold them over until they are able to set an appointment to see a specialist who is familiar with their problem as opposed to a doc in the box.

doctors dont write "just in case" painkillers anymore.

anyways, i had to be seen at one a couple sundays ago and all i could find was a clinic run by the ER next door. i'd check that rex thing out.
